The Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) is a non-profit group focused on providing research-based training and resources for coaches, parents, athletes and leaders to ensure a positive youth development experience for all kids through sports. Needham Girls Youth Lacrosse encourages all of its coaches and parents to utilize the training, content, and resources provided by PCA on their website.
